A Unique Day of the Death at La Sierra Oaxaqueña

We commemorated the recent Day of the Dead at Casa de Los Abuelos, paying homage to our cherished departed ones at our dedicated altar. Additionally, we delighted in a lively skull ceramic class, culminating in an exquisite seasonal dinner featuring the delectable homemade “pan de muerto”.

New Year's BBQ and Christmas Dinner

In December, chefs Andrés Trujillo and Vanessa Franco nailed it with two culinary experiences at AL MONTE. The “New Year’s BBQ” featured top sirloin on the grill and shrimp ceviche, paired with mezcal and wine. The Christmas dinner shone with classic dishes and a diverse selection of drinks.
